Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Because most 3D-printed items are custom-made, certain products may not qualify for returns. Please review the details below carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging (if applicable).
Only non-custom, pre-made items are eligible for standard returns.
Custom 3D-printed items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was approved during the ordering process.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of 3D printing and digital services, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom 3D-printed items created to your specifications (size, material, color, design, uploaded file, etc.)
Digital design files or downloadable content
Gift cards
Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or improper handling
Items damaged due to user error (e.g., exposure to heat, chemical contact, impact, etc.)
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items returned with minor use or wear not caused by our error
Items not in original condition or missing parts
Items damaged after delivery but still partially salvageable
Returns requested after 30 days but approved at our discretion
Defects & Print Quality Issues
We will replace or refund items that arrive:
Warped or broken due to shipping damage
With major print defects (layer shifting, under-extrusion, severe artifacts)
In a different size, color, or material than ordered
Missing components that were included in the order description
Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to 3D printing—such as small layer lines, slight surface texture variations, or minor support marks—are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming:
That we received your item
Whether the refund was approved or denied
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company
Contact your bank (processing times vary)
If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us directly.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests:

Send the item to the return address provided
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, send it to the return address provided after contacting us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
